Our Story
Steinmark Construction was founded on a name that carries both personal meaning and professional purpose.
Steinmark was my grandmother’s maiden name. She and my mother were two of the strongest women I've ever known. Long before it became our company name, it represented family, work ethic, and pride in doing things the right way. When I first entered the construction trades through tile and stone work, the connection felt natural. Stone is unforgiving — it demands precision, patience, and respect for the material. Those early years shaped how I approach construction to this day.
Tile and stone taught me that quality isn’t something you can hide. Lines must be straight. Surfaces must be true. Details matter, because once the work is set, it’s there to last. That mindset became the foundation for Steinmark Construction.
Over time, our work expanded beyond tile into full residential remodeling, but the standards never changed. Every project is approached with the same discipline, planning, and attention to detail that stone work requires. We believe that strong homes are built on solid processes, clear communication, and accountability — not shortcuts.
Today, we specialize in thoughtful, well-executed remodels that balance design, durability, and livability. Steinmark isn’t just a name. It’s a standard — one rooted in craftsmanship, family, and work built to last.

Clear Steps. No Surprises
Pre-Construction
Our clients have a few options when it comes to design and plans. If you already have a set of plans we will help build out your ideas to fit your plans. We also offer in house design and plan drawings for most remodels. Once the project can be envisioned, we detail out the products and colors. We take the time to meet our clients at various showrooms throughout the region. You're not forced to shop at one store. Once we get everything ordered and know our estimated time of arrival we can start the scheduling phase and move to the build.

Build
We follow a rigorous process for every project we tackle, from initial demolition to final inspection. Our team works closely with our clients to ensure that their vision is realized and that the project is completed on time and within budget. We utilize a robust builder software program which allows us to communicate with vendors, clients, subcontractors, and our team to keep all of the moving parts in tact. We provide daily logs for our clients so they are part of the process. They can view the schedule, billings, logs, and digital media captured at the project.

Throughout the project our quality control eyes and ears are constantly evaluating our project. When our quality is at a high standard then amount of call backs and issues we need to face down the road diminishes.
