Founder Story
Eric Thomas is the Founder and President of Steinmark Construction, a company built on trust, craftsmanship, and service. His career began with the craft of tile work, forming a foundation of precision and attention to detail. His journey ultimately led him to join a mid sized Residential Home Builder, managing the Safety & Warranty Department. Eric has held a contractor license since 2008 and currently holds a C-54 (tile) and General - B (building).
Recently, Eric served more than a decade with the California Highway Patrol, further shaping his leadership style and reinforcing the core values that guide Steinmark’s culture. He remains committed to advancing the company’s craft, supporting its team, and delivering a professional, seamless, and rewarding building experience!
Our Team
Steinmark Construction's leadership team also includes Cori Thomas. Cori has been a part of this journey from the beginning and today she assists clients with design, layout and material selections. Steinmark employs an experienced team of skilled tradespeople, project managers, and support staff who work together to ensure every project is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standard. We are dedicated to providing exceptional service and building long-lasting relationships with our clients.
